Job Description

Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team. Responsible for reviewing recordable documents for accuracy, completion of required state/county forms, submitting documents through preferred recording method (county or electronic platform), minor resolution of issues, and shipping of documents.

Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Recordable Documents
  • Knowledge/Experience with an electronic recording platform
  • Knowledge of state/county recording requirements/guidelines
  • Knowledge about how to prepare/complete state/county forms needed for recording
  • Well organized
  • Ability to multi-task and produce error free work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing/growing environment
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Title Company and/or Mortgage experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

Education:

Minimum: High School Graduate

  • Preferred: College or Trade School Graduate
